About this apartment rental
The Novelty building is one of Salou's most famous. It is very central, the Jaime I Walk (Jaume I) is located in the middle. It has a 24-hour reception, beautiful pool with children's area, 24-hour reception. It has security service. It is on the Levante Beach, the Salou municipality of fine sand.
Balo renovated this year. New furniture.
The high standing apartment is very nice. New very powerful Wifi for internet connection. A large terrace with new awning with electric control and overlooking the sea and the promenade very pleasant for lunch, dinner or sunbathing.
Kitchen with all appliances: hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full stainless steel battery, cutlery, dishes, etc.
Full bathroom with shower completely renovated.
Living room, with sofa bed, 32 'flat TV, telephone, great access to the terrace. Blinds with electrical interruption.
A room with two beds of 90 cm. new mattress of visco-plastic. Access to the terrace and shutters with electric switch.
The apartment is of good standing in the center of the Jaime I promenade and the main beach of Levante Salou. From the terrace and inside the apartment you can see the beach, the sea, the marina, the colored fountains, etc. It is right in the center of Salou and in the surroundings there are restaurants, shops, shops, supermarket, cafeteria, etc. The apartment is quiet and is not in the nightclub area but can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The apartment is very nice and has a washing machine, fridge, microwave, New very powerful WIFI Internet, TV in the living room and TV in the room; air conditioning.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people and can accommodate 5. At the reception you have some information about Port Aventura, Aqua Park, go-karting, Barcelona, boat trips, golf, cycling, etc.
The parking is OPTIONAL 12 EUROS PER DAY to be paid at the reception.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a great location. However it is one bedroom, not 2, as the 2nd bedroom is actually a sofa bed in the living room.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The property had everything we needed and in a great location right next to the beach. No need for car hire as everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed sitting out on the very large balcony and great pool for the children. Communication with Miguel was excellent and always very helpful. Thank you very much we had a wonderful holiday!
