"Il Rudere" is a family villa surrounded by the hills overlooking Lake Como and immersed in the quiet of nature. Entirely renovated and decorated with designer furnishings, "Il Rudere" will offer its guests a warm and comfortable welcome, enriched with all the comforts that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
Arranged on two floors, with a large and welcoming lounge with a fireplace and a kitchen equipped with the most modern appliances on the ground floor. On this floor there is also a bathroom and, for stays of at least a week, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both floors have an outdoor terrace, the first to be able to have lunch in the cool summer evenings, the second to meet up with friends in a comfortable shaded lounge. A large plot surrounds the house and offers a whirlpool tub that will pamper guests in both winter and summer.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the first supermarket. However, in just ten minutes by car, you are on the shores of Lake Como, with its beaches, restaurants and famous villas.
