    They cant find my bookings and insist that the problem's on the agoda apps. After they told us to contact agoda etc, agoda suggest that the problem's within the hotel's system if they cant find my bookings. After almost 1 hour of being halted to check in, one of the staff said that theres no way it could be here in this specific files (which they told me there's a possibility to but they didnt check it firsthand) and then find my bookings number eventually. Its a thing they couldve done in the first place but they didnt. And they didnt compensate us anything for the 1 hour we lost too (we're supposed to checkin at 3, and we only got into the room after 4pm-ish)
