• L'emplacement : à mi-chemin entre la gare et la vieille ville. • La chambre très grande, avec une entrée, une petite pièce et la chambre proprement dite. • Des poutres apparentes donnent du cachet. • 2 tables et beaucoup de prises de courant !!!!!!! • Le chauffage : satisfaisant.

Il est à noter que ce ne sont, en aucun cas, des prestations hôtelières. Pas vu le propriétaire. Clés trouvées dans une boite à clés. (Les codes ont été transmis la veille de l'arrivée). Escalier raide (pas d'ascenseur). C'est plutôt une location impersonnelle. Dans la salle de bain, une odeur d'humidité persistante. Il manque un (ou des) crochet dans la salle de bain, pour les serviettes de bain.

The location was excellent for reaching most of historic Weimar and the Park on foot quite easily. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was nice. The heaters worked. Check-in was simple, instructions very clear and easy. It was also very quiet, nice for sleeping. That may not be the case during high season. For our stay, however, it was very relaxing. There were many steps to reach the top floor where our room was, but since we are fit it was no problem for us. We were under the impression that parking would be available, and it was not. We were lucky to find a nearby street spot without much trouble.

The bathroom was redone quite nicely, but I don't think it was done 100% correctly. The grout was not sealed around the tiles. There was also a smell coming from the drains that was unpleasant. Little touches throughout the place could have been better or more welcoming. The coffee cups and spoons were not clean. The 'white' towels were somewhat brown looking. The windows had either no or broken blinds and handles. The heaters were not very sightly and one of the doors was missing a frame. Overall it just looked a bit 'unloved'. But we were satisfied with the location and a warm place with nice beds.

Zwei große Zimmer jeweils mit zwei Doppelbetten. Grosser Tisch. Großes Badezimmer. Sehr viel Platz.

Keine Möglichkeit mit dem Auto in der Nähe des Eingangs anzuhalten. Sehr steile Treppe, kein Lift. Der Eingang nicht einladend, ungepflegt.

Wie angefragt und bestätigt wurde ein Parkplatz. Zu den Zimmern gehören keine Parkplätze! Nur die Wirtin vom Restaurant überließ mir eine Parkmöglichkeit!! Die Zimmer werden extern vermietet und nicht vom Hotel Rose. Die Internet Seite sollte überarbeitet werden! Und vermerken: Zimmern sind ohne Frühstück!!
