Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, guten Restaurants und Badebuchten die in ca. 10 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar waren. Schöne Terrasse z.B. für Mahlzeiten. Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen, bequeme Betten. Wenn etwas gefehlt hat (z.B. Kaffeefilter zur Zubereitung von Filterkaffee oder Putzmaterial), hat der Besitzer nach telefonischer Rücksprache freundlich und schnell geholfen. Abgeschlossener Garten für Hundebesitzer optimal, auch wenn es (angefütterte) Katzen gab, was nicht jeder Hund akzeptiert und für Jagdszenen sorgt ...
Die angrenzende Hauptstraße war tagsüber sehr laut, am Abend und in der Nacht etwas weniger. Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein, keine Waschmaschine, keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, teilweise waren z.B. Schubladen in der Küche schmutzig/fettig, Geschirr war nicht sauber gespült, Schimmel in der Dusche etc. Hier hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst.

Вже другий рік відпочивали сім'єю в House Barbara. Сподобалось все: будинок, чистота, наявність необхідного посуду, віддаленість до моря, магазини в пішій прогулянці. Але окрему увагу хочу приділити атмосфері, яка панує в будинку - це заслуга власникам цього помешкання, аура надихає на приємні враження, емоції, почуття.
Всім повністю задоволенні.

The location is great, grocery , city center, harbour, restaurant and beach all within 5-10 min walking distance. Novi Vinodolski is a nice little town with rocky beaches and a cozy old town on the top of the hill. The house is also great, nice garden, fully equipped, AC, we got everything we needed. It was perfect with children.
