    I recently stayed at the Lotte Hotel Seattle, and I must say, I want to live here as I am a BIG fan. Our room had an ocean view, which was absolutely breathtaking. The design of the room, with its numerous mirrors, made the space feel even more expansive, and it was incredibly convenient for getting ready in the bathroom before heading out. However, one area for improvement would be the fridge, as it lacked a freezer compartment. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for me personally, as my relatives live just two blocks away, making it the best of the best in terms of convenience. Of course, even from an objective standpoint, it’s an ideal location for tours, sightseeing, and exploring downtown Seattle. Additionally, Pike Place Market was just a short walk away, making this a walker’s paradise. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness throughout my stay. However there was a minor issue during checkout where a lounge charge was mistakenly added to my room. However, the staff immediately apologized and rectified the situation without any hassle. I was impressed by how smoothly and professionally they handled the matter, especially compared to a similar situation I encountered at another hotel, where I had to prove that I didn’t incur the charges. It was clear that they valued me as a customer and prioritized my experience. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would rate the Lotte Hotel Seattle a perfect 10 out of 10.

    Excellent housekeeping, they put out an extra bottle of water with our medicines to make it easier for us. Very clean rooms with view. Upstairs lounge food OK at best.
