Lots of room inside and plenty of parking space. Well arranged for a large group visiting and dining.
Very noisy outside with almost constant traffic on Hwy 38.
Could use some repairs and cleanup on the outside.

Needs some updating. Grill is not useable, rusted out. No cookie sheets or 9 x13 pans but other than that kitchen was well stocked. Directions said to put dirty linen in hampers in each room but there were no hampers. Great location and well worth the money!

Wonderful place for us, kids and grandkids all fit under one roof. Since we came from different parts of the country, grandkids got to spend quality time playing in a much more fun setting than any hotel could offer. This place is spacious and well stocked. Highly recommend.

There was plenty of room for our four families (13 people) to get together. Space for us to be together but also spread out at times. Four nights - three days.
