Detached house that can accommodate 6 people but ideal for 4-5. It is located by the sea in a calm and relaxing environment. Leaving the house, you take the GR 34 directly to discover the magnificent Breton coastline and its small coves. You also have access to the amiets beach, its natural swimming pool, its sailing club ...
The house is composed on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a sitting area ... a cellar with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Enclosed garden to the south, well sheltered with wooden terrace

"Anne and Pascal, the hosts of this holiday home, are incredibly friendly, genuine, and helpful. Communication was smooth from the very beginning, and they always responded quickly and supportively to all our questions. You can tell right away that they truly care about the well-being of their guests. The holiday home itself was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The well-equipped kitchen and the beautifully bright bathroom deserve a special mention, making our stay even more comfortable. The location is simply perfect: the proximity to a beautiful beach and the peaceful surroundings made our stay truly relaxing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of outdoor activities available in nature — whether it was kitesurfing, swimming, hiking, jogging, or cycling, there is something for everyone. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home and its wonderful hosts, and we are already looking forward to coming back. It's the perfect place to spend your holydays!"

Wir fünf haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen! Das Haus ist total charmant, der Garten schön und super praktisch, die Betten sehr bequem, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind am Meer sehr willkommen. Und dann die Lage!! Selbst beim Spülen hat man Blick aufs Meer. In ein paar Minuten ist man über die Dünen an den Strand gelaufen. Zum tollen Badestrand Les Amiets ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang (15min). Einfach traumhaft. Dazu kamen zwei super nette Gastgeber! Können wir nur empfehlen!! Chère Anne, merci beaucoup pour nous laisser séjourner dans votre jolie maison de vacances et pour vos cadeaux qui nous ont sauvé pour notre premier soir (jour ferriér...pas des magasin ouverts...). Nous avons eu des vacances magnifiques!! J'espère de retourner un jour. À plus!

Anne et Pascal sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous avons passé une semaine dans leur ravissante maison avec un joli jardin clos pour les enfants. Tout est impeccable et fonctionnel et l'emplacement est magique, avec la mer et les sentiers à nos pieds. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons !

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Die Möblierung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Das Haus ist innen hell und geräumig. Die Lage ist direkt an den Dünen. Es ist zwar nicht so freistehend wie es die Fotos vermuten lassen aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Betten sind frisch bezogen, es steht ein kleines Begrüßungsgeschenk parat. WLAN ist da und auch 2 Fahrräder sind verfügbar. Alles zusammen genommen eine klare Empfehlung für das Haus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank dafür, dass die Beiden ihr schönes Haus zur Verfügung stellen

Leider hatten wir viel schlechtes Wetter und es gibt ausser Baden und Küstenwandern und Städte besichtigen wenig zu tun. Und die Städte sind eher unaufregend, die Hotspots der Bretagne Tageszeiten weg. Da ist das Haus selbst der Höhepunkt, aber ein guter.

Wir haben hier zwei sehr schöne, entspannte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist schick und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei der Ausstattung (auch bei der Küchenausstattung) haben wir absolut nichts vermisst, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden. Die Lage ist sensationell. Sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, hinter einer Düne gelegen und mit Meerblick (aus der Küche und besonders schön aus der 1. Etage). Der Traumstrand Les Amiets ist in 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Anne und Pascal sind sehr sympathisch, geben gute Ausflugtipps und sind bei Fragen telefonisch immer gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Adorable maison décorée avec gout, rien ne manque. Emplacement magnifique au calme qui fait très vite regretter que la voiture soit nécessaire pour courses et restaurants car pas ou peu de commerces à proximité. Idéale pour balades nature à pied ou à vélo.

Das Ferienhaus von Anne und Pascal ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Beide sind super nett. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das besondere ist aber der direkt Blick auf das Meer, welches keine 200m entfernt in Volle breite zu sehen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles Gute

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cette maison tournée vers la mer. Superbe vue sur les dunes et plage. La déco est soignée, la literie très confortable et la cuisine fonctionnelle. Les hôtes sont disponibles et très réactifs. En résumé, nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Et l’accès direct au GR34 est vraiment sympa. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Wir haben uns in dem blitzsauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und eine erholsame Woche in der Bretagne verbracht. Die direkte Umgebung ist wunderschön, das Meer ist zu 2 Seiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Anne und Pascal waren sehr nett und haben sich nach Kräften bemüht, sich trotz unserer sehr schlechten Französisch-Kenntnisse mit uns zu verständigen. Leider mussten wir aufgrund der steigenden Coronazahlen vorzeitig abreisen. Auch in dieser Situation waren Anne und Pascal sofort zur Stelle. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! Au revoir!

Ein kleines neu saniertes und schick möbliertes Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen Wohlfühlurlaub benötigt. Zu einem traumhaft schönen großen Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten. 3 kleinere Strände, einer mit Bassin-Charakter (ein Traum für Kinder), liegen noch näher. Gastgeber Pascal steht mit Rat und Tat immer zur Verfügung. Wir werden wiederkommen!
