It is an apartment with rare amenities that is offered in Pinarello, in a high-end residence, close to the restaurants and shops of the marina village. All beaches of Pinarello are accessible on foot, the closest being less than 50m away.
The residence is modern with high-end facilities. The layout of the apartment is functional and offers an area of approximately 77m2. It is offered with high-end equipment and tastefully decorated.
Two beautiful terraces, with a total area of 42m2 overlooking the gardens with sea and pine forest views, advantageously complement this apartment. All garden furniture with sunbeds is available. The two bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The first has a queen-size double bed, the second two single beds. Each has its own private bathroom with an Italian shower for the main bedroom and a bathtub for bedroom 2. Large wardrobes are available in each bedroom.
The American-style kitchen is functional and perfectly equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, kettle, coffee maker with filters, toaster, washing machine. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen with a table and 6 chairs for meals.
The living room, set back from the dining area, offers all the comfort for relaxing or watching television. A convertible sofa bed of 160 cm allows 2 additional sleeping spaces.
The environment is calm and secure with an on-site caretaker, it is enough to cross the garden to reach the beach. A parking space is reserved for the apartment's occupants.
The beaches in the region are renowned for being among the most beautiful beaches in Corsica.

The owner has designated the local concierge company Pinarello Villa Services to manage and maintain his villa. It is Frédéric's team who will welcome you upon arrival and will be your point of contact throughout your stay.

He can organize various services such as supplies, a babysitter, a chef preparing a meal in the apartment, a sports coach for a specialized fitness session or offer towel or beach umbrella rentals.
He can also offer you semi-rigid boats or small boats for rent with or without a skipper to discover the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, the Lavezzi Islands or Bonifacio and its cliffs.

Wohnung sehr schön von Lage und Beschaffenheit. Bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Allerdings war der Staubsauger völlig voll Dreck. Töpfe im Vergleich zur Wohnung von sehr bescheidener Qualität.
