Lovely house, advertised as 3 bedrooms, it is not.The 1st floor double room and then you climb a very steep set of stairs and there is the attic room, it is split into 2 but no doors to separate and no privacy. This is a 2 bed with 2nd bedroom sleeping up to 3.We were a family so was not an issue but would not be suitable if you were not,you need to pass the double bed in attic to reach the single bed. The attic is so sleep to access, there are no curtains at windows,teenagers used cushions to block put the sun in morning and it was very hot up there, thankfully there is air con unit. You need to climb over a wooden platform to reach the single bed, not ideal if fully grown adult. Getting your bags up there also a challenge. House is unique-quaint but dark, very hard to get ready,dressing table in main room bedroom needs to be moved to use the little light you get from the window. Although the main room shutters kept out morning sun so that was good. Attic room, no hanging space for clothes- no dressing table -no mirror, we travelled with 2 teenage girls not ideal. we bought one for 5 euros and left it for others. had to cram clothes into only wardrobe that lacked hangers.Air con positive, bathroom downstairs and again all stairs in house were very steep, so any mobility issues it cause issues. No sound proofing between bedrooms also issue, you hear everything.kitchen good some things left over like salt etc which was appreciated. Dishwasher washing machine good

Pool was chilly but that was expected given its March. House and grounds are beautiful. Kitchen could be better stocked but we got by just fine.

The property was beautiful and had all the amenities listed, though the hot tub was indoors (inside the bathroom) and not outside, as can be seen from the listing’s photos.As it says in the listing, there is only one bathroom, and it is on the main floor. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, which makes it somewhat inconvenient if one must use the washroom at night. This is a minor inconvenience, however. This property would be ideal for a family or a couple of families, as it has plenty of room, especially outside. The summer would also be best to go, since the pool and outdoor spaces would be more usable owing to the higher temperatures. Finally, Communication with the owners was very friendly, quick, and helpful. They were able to accommodate a special request I made of them and went above and beyond what I asked for. They say they want to help you have a pleasant stay, and I believe they really mean it. All in all this was a very wonderful property to stay in. I would certainly return.

Stay was enjoyable , but feel it would not be adequate for 6 people due to only 1 bathroom and positioning of the bedroom's. When we had any concerns they were answered immediately via ‘whatsapp’ . Whilst there we did clean the pool ourselves. The route in from the North takes you over a very small bridge i drive a ford Kuga and the sensors were going all round. I advise ignoring the sat nav first turn point and take the second. Roads to the villa are very steep and narrow. We drove from Bilbao and the route was very easy with very little traffic all the way down. Steep roads out from villa so youngsters may struggle with walking.
