About this apartment rental

The apartment
Open plan living room and kitchen
The open-plan living room and kitchen are sociable spaces equipped with everything you need to feel at home.
The living room has a large sofa, a cozy armchair with a reading light, air conditioning, a dining table with 6 chairs and sliding doors that open onto the sunny, south-facing terrace.
With a Smart TV, Wi-Fi (two wireless 4G routers), Bluetooth speaker and a selection of classic board games, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained.
The kitchen contains everything you will need, including:
Oven and ceramic hob
Dishwasher
Fridge freezer
Blender
Electric juicer
Kettle
Nespresso machine
Toaster
Microwave
Plates and cutlery
Glassware and bakeware
Pots and pans
Washing machine and clothes dryer.
Two terraces
There are two private sun-filled terraces to enjoy.
The barbecue terrace (south-east facing) has a kitchenette with traditional Canary barbecue, a picnic bench with seating and a sunbathing area with two sun loungers.
The front terrace (south-west facing) has a dining table with 6 chairs and two round seats – perfect for enjoying an evening drink and watching the sunset to the west.
Principal bedroom
There is a double bed (150 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and built-in storage to hang your clothes and store your belongings. There is a door that leads to the terrace.
En-suite bathroom
The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet.
Second bedroom
The stylishly decorated second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a bedside table and built-in wardrobes.
Third bedroom
The third bedroom has a single bed with an additional single bed that pulls out for a sixth guest. There is a wardrobe and a door that leads to the terrace.
You will find plenty of wardrobe space in all bedrooms for hanging your clothes to make yourself feel at home.
All bedrooms also have exterior blackout blinds so you can sleep in or take an afternoon nap (perfect for your baby or toddler’s nap, too!) and portable fans.
Bathroom
The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower over the bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Check-in / check-out
Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we offer digital key access via your smartphone. This means that you won't have to worry about coordinating a time to meet with us to enter the apartment. Once you arrive, simply use the digital key to access the apartment. You will also find a set of physical keys inside the apartment for your convenience.
Online check-in before arrival
In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly request all guests to submit their ID prior to arrival. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.
Towels, linen and professional cleaning
We take pride in ensuring that the apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.
We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.
We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
Mid-stay cleaning
If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Parking
Private garage parking is available inside the apartment building for your convenience.
Families
We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available upon request. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Remote working
If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.

This apartment in Tabaiba is a great location to visit and to discover each part of Tenerife. Located in the top floor of a modern building, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and 2 spacious terraces (great view of the sea!). One terrace has its own BBQ-grill! There is also a private garage space for a rental car. 2 little supermarkets and 2 bars/restaurants near the apartment provide everything you could wish for. And Natasha and Andrés are really "Superhosts"! So we had perfect and carefree holidays in Tenerife!

Cute clean apartment which has all amenities. Balcony view of ocean is spectacular! Major issue for us was it is quite far from all the activities and beaches. Town is cute but a bit run down with few restaurants. No beach close by! The virtual check in didn’t work but hosts got us in. Would be nice to have written instructions on how to use washer/dryer and stove! Pillows need to be updated. Don’t rent anything other than small car as the garage is a tight fit to get in! But all in all a nice stay!

Eine schöne große Ferienwohnung, in der es an "Nichts" fehlt.
Die Sonnenterrasse und Aussicht bekommen Sonderpunkte.
Auch die Kommunication mit Natahlia war klasse.
Die Zugangs-App hat nicht funktioniert.
Die Tiefgarage ist eng. Mehr für kleine Pkws geeignet.

Good location, very good apartment, quite exciting entrance to the garage, but it is possible to drive in. Opening the door with the code worked without a problem.
