About this villa rental
Newly renovated in 2019 this stunning property has a spacious modern interior comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests
The Ground floor comprises of a open plan living area with L-shaped sofa and flat-screen TV, a floating stair case leads to the first floor, this modern feature has no hand rails making it unsuitable for younger children to use unsupervised.
The large fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with a range of modern appliances such as cooker, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher and includes a dining area to seat 10 guests.
From the living area two steps lead down to a twin en suite bedroom with private access to the outside space via sliding glass doors its own terrace and sea views.
A guest WC is located on this floor and this also houses a washing machine.
The First floor has two double bedrooms – the first of these has an en-suite shower room and its own balcony with two chairs and a small table.
The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room plus a bath. Again, this bedroom has its own balcony with two chairs and small table.
The Second floor has a further two double bedrooms, Both are en suite and have good sized furnished sea view balconies plus additional terrace space that links the two bedrooms over looking Kalkan's Old Town and beautiful sea & mountains views
Outside The terrace space is to the front of the property and extends over 2 levels. It provides comfortable furnishings for sunbathing, shady spots to relax with a drink and a book. BBQ area plus table and chairs for Al fresco dining to seat 10. The private pool with slightly raised Jacuzzi just behind, which has room for your whole group and is a great vantage point to take in the views.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 6000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
