The breakfast was marvelous and the cook, April, was pleasant to converse with about the property and city.
We knew going in that the room was going to be dark inside… and it was. So that was not the issue but maybe having some brighter lighting would bring more light to the room.

Great spot. It was easy to find and the checkin instructions were very clear. Breakfast was outstanding. We stayed one night on a Wednesday and found the place very quiet and clean. Hot Springs is worth seeing.
There were no negatives. It did seem odd to me that we didn't see any staff at the BnB Wednesday evening, but we didn't require any assistance finding our room and getting inside.

Might be my favorite place I have ever stayed. Fantastic communication before and after, wonderful hosts, amazing property with historical charm and beautiful grounds. SO thankful we stumbled across it! Room was impeccable, breakfast delicious. April, the chef, was delightful. She knows the property well, and was able to provide some history details about it, since we were interested. We ended up inquiring about using it as a wedding venue, for when our kids are ready for that.
Really reaching for negatives. My only suggestions would be maybe some healthier snacks on offer, along with the chips and candy, at the coffee bar. Oh, and the pipes under the sink in our room were a little grungy, but you can only see that from sitting on the toilet, so I can see how that would get missed by the cleanup crew.
