303 Casa Bella

Location was good. I liked that there was keyed entry. Overall very comfortable.

Washer was moldy and needs to be cleaned. We didn’t feel like using it after seeing mold in the washer.

The beautiful plants and flowers downstairs set the stage for a lovely stay. All of the amenities were top notch, from the coffee pot to the washer and dryer. It is a very convenient location as well.

My son slept on the sofa bed and it was not super comfortable.

EVERTHING!! The location was great. It was close to everything: Pier, restaurants and beach. The condo itself was like home away from home. The condo was fully equipped. I loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was even a washer and dryer!! The kitchen was fully equipped: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, cups, mugs, baking supplies, pots, pans and list goes on and on!!! This will be our place to stay each and every time we visit PISMO.

I had to leave.

the carpet was dicussingly dirty. The towels were like boards. Only two wash cloths for 4 people. The bath floor had not been cleaned. The facility was good but would have been nice to have a balcony. and since it was very hot the week we were there, air conditioning would have been nice. It took almost 2 weeks to get my credit back from the $500.00 deposit. Much to long.
