Beautifully landscaped yard, truly enjoyable. Lots of diverse, fragrant plants.

The smell from the bathroom was unbearable. It was colder than average, and there was no heating.

Beautiful garden and clean apartment

Mirjana is a very friendly and caring host. She has a few apartments on her property surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees. Our apartment was equipped with everything you need and very clean. It has a very good size and a lovely terrace. Private parking is also available on the property.

It is 10 mins outside of Umag. Which is fine if you have a car. We once tried to walk to the closest restaurants (15 mins walk) and never again. The traffic on that narrow road doesn't make it very comfortable.

Great house, spacious rooms, everything perfectly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice clean bathroom, Lovely garden and excellent parking spots in the shade! The position of the house is very good for driving around this part of the peninsula.

Location misleading, the apartment is in Fratrici not in Umag. There is not even a bakery nor a little shop in walking distance

The yard is nice, clean building and room.

The size of the room (studio). Lack of toiletries in the bathroom, just a roll of toilet paper (we had to request additional toilet paper to our host). No garbage bins in the building/yard. We had to use the public garbage bins in the street, located at about 50 m from the accommodation). Lack of discretion - the host is permanently present all around, every time you come or leave the host is there, always having something to tell you, giving unnecessary instructions. More privacy would be better. Although the room had air conditioning, we could not use it because we didn't receive a remote control. The room was equipped with a ceiling fan. A heavy metal access gate, difficult to use, which must be closed and opened every time you come / leave by car.

Lovely place and excellent service

Loved the countryside vibe and the little terrace but most of all I liked the warm welcome and the kindest host who will do little things every day to make your stay super pleasant (like surprising you with some delicious homemade pie, bringing you coffee or arrangeing a late checkout because you are attending a wedding party on your last night).

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday

The studio (and the whole place) was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and we liked the terrace as well. Mirjana is such a lovely hostess, she is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Private parking is great, the garden is lush and very beautiful.

Wir erlebten Mirjana als liebenswerte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. So war es ein wunderschöner Spätsommerurlaub mit viel Sonne, mediterrane Grünpflanzen vorm Appartement im ruhigem Dörfchen Fratrici.

Sehr liebevolle Begrüßung von der ebenfalls liebevollen Besitzerin. Sehr sauberes Appartement mit entzückenden Details, zur Begrüßung gab es Kaffee & Kuchen, Infos über die Umgebung. Im Kühlschrank wartete eine Flasche Wein mit Gebäck und Marmelade.

La proprietaria è molto simpatica. Ci ha informato sui luoghi più belli da visitare e consigli. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, il wifi è molto lento e non prendeva bene neanche il telefono.

Proprietà molto grande, con tanto verde, ulivi, fichi, oleandri, struttura davvero molto curata e accogliente. Mirjana donna splendida, ti fa sentire un ospite non un semplice turista.

Fantastisch verblijf net buiten centrum

Zeer gastvrij onthaal door Mirjana. We waren met een grote groep en waardeerden zeer dat we haar terras mochten gebruiken! Net en schoon appartement!

Wifi viel nog wel eens tegen, soms erg slechte verbinding.

Ihre herzliche und fürsorgliche Art macht die Hausherrin zur perfekten Gastgeberin. Rundum nur positiv zu bewerten top sauber ruhige Lage und freundliche Atmosphäre. Frau Mirjiana beschenkte uns zweimal mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen der köstlich schmeckte. Ist bestens zu empfehlen jederzeit werde ich hier wieder meinen Urlaub verbringen.
