About this house rental
This private guesthouse is a charming space for you to enjoy during your time in Tucson. It's right in the heart of midtown, about a ten minute drive from the University of Arizona and about a 15 minute drive from Downtown Tucson. Whether you are here to visit a loved one at the University of Arizona or enjoy one of Tucson's many attractions, you'll find this guest house to be a quaint space to relax.
We are less than a five minute drive from the Tucson Botanical Gardens, Tucson's own tranquil oasis, and one of the best small public gardens in the country. We are also two minutes away from Rillito River Park a lovely place to get some fresh air and scenic views of the Catalina Foothills. You can also see them from the backyard! There is a major cross-street within walking distance, which can sometimes create some traffic noise, but for the most part the space is fairly quiet.
This guest house has its own entrance. It is not attached to the main house, and the guest house backyard (which is fairly large) is completely fenced in and private. The house has a kitchen with all the utensils and cooking tools you'll need. Coffee, tea, and light breakfast items included. It has its own private bathroom with handrails for those that appreciate extra support. The queen size bed has an extremely comfortable Brooklyn Plush mattress by Brooklyn Bedding that you’re sure to enjoy!
Guests can access the entire guest house including the private backyard. You will also have access to the laundry room that is attached to the main house. Laundry hours are from 10am - 8pm daily.
Bus stops are within a five minute walking distance. Uber and Lyft are also always available.

This rental was in a great location in Tucson for us - close to the bike path, Sabino Canyon, grocery stores and restaurants. We also liked the fenced yard and back porch. The owners, Lola and Daniel, live next door and were very quick to respond to our questions and/or needs. We look forward to coming back to this rental next year!
