A cozy and well-maintained 3-room ground floor apartment with WiFi for a beautiful Baltic Sea vacation close to the beach. Equipment Living on one level, that's what you will find here in this apartment.  The terrace and the view of the green invite you to linger. The living area offers a comfortable sofa corner, satellite TV and a stereo. The adjoining fitted kitchen offers enough equipment for cooking. 4 guests can dine comfortably at the dining table or simply sit together. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (80 x 200cm each). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The terrace with garden furniture and an awning complete the equipment. You can park your car for free in the reserved parking space no. 114. You can store your bicycles dry in the shed. Special features This non-smoking apartment is primarily designed for senior citizens. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace. If necessary, children's travel cot or high chair can be borrowed from us for a fee. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including additional costs. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The tourist tax is settled on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the high season from 07/07/31 08. complete bookings are mandatory. Room service - includes freshly made beds with bed linen for all booked guests aged 4 and over, final cleaning after departure and a holiday home starter package including dishwasher tablets, detergent, toilet paper, trash bags etc. Tourist tax - the tourist tax is settled on arrival.
