Comfortable and high quality furnished apartment, only 100 m from the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Quiet, yet absolutely central, halfway between the Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf piers. One minute's walk to the beach (approx. 100 m) and approx. 5 minutes' walk to the Ostseetherme (approx. 200 m). The nearest supermarket is about 500 meters, the city center of Ahlbeck 800 meters, and Heringsdorf about 1.5 km. There are several cozy restaurants and cafés nearby. In the residential complex there is also a children's playroom, coin dryer and coin operated washing machine. A free parking space is located on the property. Bicycle storage facility possible in a lockable shared bicycle shed.-Bread delivery service (on request) for a fee on site ----- A new house is being built on the neighboring property, so that there may be occasional building-related noises .----
Apartment 1. 2.13:
The comfortably furnished apartment for up to 4 people (65 sqm) extends over two floors and is located on the 2nd OG. This separates living and sleeping areas in a pleasant way. The south-facing apartment has a living room with a couch and armchairs, a full kitchenette (4-burner ceramic hob with a convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer) and a dining area. The bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine on the upper floor can be reached via a staircase. From the upper floor you can reach the spacious roof terrace (towards the Baltic Sea). In the bedroom there is a double bed (2.10 m long and without foot end). For families with children there is the option of having a cot placed in the master bedroom. If desired, an extra bed for 2 people can be made on the sofa bed in the basement. A cot and high chair can be provided in the apartment on request.
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
