Convenient, clean, and a quiet stay in a good location. Nice view from the balcony. Thanks for the coffee pods and the lovely stay.

The air conditioning in our room was noisy. Its output temperature was not effective in the 42 degree heat wave.

Suitable for a short stay. Fairly close to main attractions of Evora

Parking was very difficult and quite congested and some way from the apartment complex The freezer part of the fridge was completely iced up The aircon in the kitchen was leaking water

It had everything we needed and everything was within walking distance

The roof top deck could use a gazebo for some shade as the sun was very hot and to keep the cushions from getting damp from the morning dew.

Unresponsive staff - There were several issues with the property that wouldn’t have been a big deal if the staff had responded promptly or at all. There was a problem with no hot water in the showers - just suddenly fixed but no response or mention by the staff, the front door wouldn’t lock (this was addressed by the cleaning staff after texts emails and calls to the provided number) and lastly the power went off on the upper floor and no response ever - an hour later the cleaning lady stopped by and fixed it. Lastly - over whelming scent of air freshener in one bedroom.
