About this villa rental
Villa of 108 square meters on two levels, about 150 meters from the beach inside the Plemmirio Protected Marine Reserve, independent entrance, private parking, equipped garden, lawn.
Patio with lounge, table and chairs, terrace with sea view.
Kitchen, with appliances (oven, dishwasher and fridge); Living with TV.
Two bathrooms with shower; washing machine; closet.
Double bedroom with window and terrace;
Room with two single beds, with a small terrace.
The property:
The house is located in one of the most suggestive areas of Syracuse, inside the Marine Protected Reserve of Plemmirio in the Maddalena peninsula, of great landscape, naturalistic and historical value. The Plemmirio which is located in a specular position in Ortigia, has coasts with low cliffs and golden sandy beaches that are easily accessible, framed by a rich vegetation where it is possible to find more than 400 species of plants. It is possible to enjoy the colors and smells of the countryside along the paths that cross the area that can be covered on foot or by bicycle. The main attraction however remains the sea, with its blue color and its clear waters and above all with its seabed rich in fish and marine flora, ideal for snorkeling.
The house is also located just 8 km from the nature reserve of the Ciane river and the Saline di Siracusa. Here you can enjoy a simple walk on suggestive landscapes, observing the various species of plants including the famous papyrus of the Ciane and various species of birds that populate the salt marshes. In the reserve it is possible to rent a canoe to experience an exciting adventure through natural acacia tunnels or touching bushes of dense and impenetrable vegetation. For those who love relaxation and comfortable holidays, there are also many beach facilities in the area (beaches, equipped beaches) with umbrellas and sunbeds. Also along the coast you can find restaurants, pizzerias and self-service restaurants, open day and night.

A lovely fully equipped house in a quiet residential area. Everything you need for your holiday & more. Antonio greeted us at arrival and showed us round. He was available for any questions we had during our stay. Nothing was too much to ask. We only had one problem and that was the hot water. We had to wait for the water to heat up again before the other one of us could shower and it ran out very quickly, leaving my husband with a head full of soap on our first morning.

Clean, comfortable villa and everything you need there for your stay including a few essential provisions. Very small rocky beach a short walk away and sandy beach a short drive. A car is a must as the local shop is a couple of miles! Host quick to help and sort out any queries, questions or problems.
Would definitely visit again and was sad to leave.
