Filippo and Sylvia were excellent hosts. The apartment is fantastic and is actually better than the pictures on the website. The location is perfect for travelling around Tuscany and it’s a 20 minute drive to the park and ride in Florence. There are some fantastic local restaurants a short drive from the property. On the nights we stayed in and cooked, it was an idyllic setting to sit out on the terrane and eat. Communication with the hosts via WhatsApp was excellent, particularly when we needed help paying a parking fine. It was also great to have a pool to cool down after a hard day’s sightseeing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung, was uns vor allem in der Küche wichtig war. Filippo war sehr sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit.

Natürlich hängt alles von den persönlichen Vorlieben und Gewohnheiten ab, aber für uns als Familie war diese Ferienwohnung ein absoluter Glückstreffer. Was war schön: - zwei Zimmer (eines davon Wohnküche mit Couch, eines Schlafzimmer) und ein separates Bad - sehr schön renoviert, Küche mit Vollausstattung (keine Spülmaschine, Gastherme), Bodenfliesen, schöne Deckengestaltung, tolle Holzmöbel) - bequeme Betten - Basis-Dinge bereits vorhanden (z. B. Handtücher, WC-Papier, Spülmittel) - angenehmes Klima in der Wohnung (trotz hoher Außentemperaturen) - Nutzung des großzügigen und liebevoll gestalteten Gartens möglich (inkl. Schwimmbecken - hoch und verschiedener Sitzmöglichkeiten), Grill vorhanden und sogar eine Bar aus Holz - Parkplatz vorhanden - Waschmaschine im Freien zur Nutzung. ... und nicht zuletzt: Ein ganz lieber Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. Was war nicht schön: - Da gibt es nichts zu sagen, außer dass es eine weitere Wohnung über der FeWo gibt. Da kann man natürlich Pech haben – bei uns war alles ok. Und sonst: - Die FeWo ist Teil eines freistehenden Gebäudeensembles, bestehend aus drei Gebäuden. - Die Gebäude sind vom nächsten kleineren Ort ca. 2 km entfernt. - Man darf sich nicht vom Zuweg beeindrucken lassen, der ca. 1 km lange Weg ist nicht asphaltiert, aber befahrbar. - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sicherlich im Ort (haben wir nicht erkundet), der nächste Coop.fi ist ca. 10 km entfernt. Das war's. Man kann hier nichts falsch machen. :-)
