Great spot—the sandbars and brilliant turquoise waters between the property and Man o war cay were breathtaking! The restaurant a block away (Haulover Bay) is also a gorgeous spot-I only had a beer there, but a wonderful place to hang out. Blu is a high end restaurant situated on top of a hill with panoramic views and less than 10 minutes away-a great option for a splurgeUncle James was wonderful picking us up and returning us to airport and his rates are very reasonable for cars (he is only a few minutes up the hill if you need anything)The tandem kayak snd paddle board were a huge plus (there is also a collection of masks and snorkels but we had our own) We kayaked over to the cay and hiked over the top to the ocean side. Such a beautiful place both sides. They also have floats and lounge chairs to take to the beach I would often end the day with a rum with my feet in the water from the lounge chair So relaxing! As in everyplace in the tropics there are bugs especially around sunset so just be sure to bring repellent but it worked fine for me-of course the rum may have helped tooThe house very comfortable with mini splits in the two bedrooms and a portable unit in the living dining area and ceiling fans throughout. There are obviously more luxurious places but it has everything you need if you don’t want to be super luxe. We cooked often in the kitchen in addition to going out. In addition to the two nearby restaurants it isn’t too far by car to GTown.

Beautiful location. Uncle James was always available and hooked us up with rental car that took no time. Place is very convenient but very basic. Had a great time.

The location is unbelievable— steps down to the most beautiful waters. During low tide we crossed waters by foot and explored Man of War island - we saw a lot of marine life there, it was incredible! There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board that come with the rental. If you rent a car that has a rack on the top for kayaks you can drive to the little Exuma bridge and kayak to the lazy river on your own - we have done it as well. Food wise - we cooked the majority of our meals at home, and went out a couple of times. The best restaurant, in my opinion is Blu on the water- the food is fantastic and the restaurant is literally down the road. The owner of the property is very responsive and dedicated to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. James Rolle , the manager of the property was very helpful as well and has a great positive energy- he addressed our requests promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Very highly recommend to use TT water sport for exploring- she is absolutely awesome and loves people and what she does very much. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would strongly recommend this property for rent!

Location was great with your own private little beach. Views were amazing. We brought rafts and floated at low tide to all the little sand bars. The path down to beach is very rough and full of rocks. The house is very basic with no frills. You have what you need with no extras. If all you need is a bed , bathroom and kitchen this works well. We were quite content and made it work. If you need more than you will pay alot more. I think its a great value for what you pay.
