We were on a 58 day trip and the Acropolis Golden Suites were easily one of the top 2 places we stayed! Very spacious, clean, and a great location. There is an elevator which is a major plus in Europe. Close to all landmarks with a stunning view of the Acropolis from the top floor terrace. We enthusiastically recommend Acropolis Golden Suites!

The bathroom floor gets wet after a shower. Perhaps a better seal would be helpful

The location was awesome. The apartment was spacious. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

The only thing I found odd was not being able to flush toilet paper. Apparently, that isn't unusual in Athens. I had no idea prior to my stay.

Comfy and convenient for visiting Acropolis and the museum.

Great location - very roomy and has a big outdoor patio and only a few blocks from the Metro. Rooftop has a great view of the Acropolis. Good clothes washer and drying rack. Vickie is a super responsive host.

Fine for a couple. If a family stays, it might feel more crowded. Finding an outdoor bin to empty the trash was not close by, so have to factor that when you leave.

Spectacular views and a great location

Apartment is modern and well equipped in a great location just a few steps from Acropolis Museum, Plaka shops and restaurants. The views from the Maisonette apartment (5th and 6th floor) are spectacular - unobstructed views of Acropolis..

No real complaints. I wish bathrooms were stocked with conditioner instead of just shampoo. No big deal.

Very clean and nice apartment. We liked being close to everything in Athens.

The location was great and we were able to walk to most activities. It was also close to lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods, sugar and creamer to go with the Nespresso machine.

Stunning view and fantastic location!!

This clean and modern apartment sleeps four people comfortably. Quiet neighborhood with market, restaurants, and luggage storage around the block. Easy, quick walk to Acropolis, Museum, and Plaka neighborhood. We enjoyed our dinners on the terrace with serene, unobstructed view of the Acropolis. If you want a fantastic accommodation away from the touristy confusion, this is it!

Near major attractions, but the stay could’ve been smoother.

The location and the managements quick response!

After a long day of travel, it was disappointing to arrive and find dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a patio slider that didn’t lock. Being on the first floor, this understandably made us feel uneasy. However, after reaching out to management and sharing photos and videos, they responded promptly by sending someone to fix the door and provide a dishwasher tablet, which we appreciated. The layout of the bathroom is a bit awkward, with the door opening directly into the toilet, making the space feel tight. Additionally, the first-floor unit faces the street, nearby homes, and some vacant lots—so if you're looking for a better view or more privacy, a higher-floor unit would be a better choice. That said, the rooftop offers a fantastic view of the Acropolis, which is definitely worth checking out.

Comfortable Family Stay with Great Service and Acropolis Views

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment hotel in Athens. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family of four, with enough space for two adults and two children to feel at ease. The layout was practical and the amenities met our expectations for a short stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the excellent service from Vickie, the concierge. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great local recommendations and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, a well-managed property that offers a good balance of comfort and convenience in the heart of Athens.

For those looking to enjoy views of the Acropolis, we recommend booking an apartment on the 4th or 5th floor. The higher floors offer a better vantage point and make the most of the location.

Great location with the best view! Highly recommend!

Great location and fantastic view! We were in the Jacuzzi apartment and it was so worth it. The jacuzzi is temperature controlled and could even be enjoyed on a hot afternoon. The view from both the bedroom and the living area were just amazing and the place is just a 4 min walk from the museum and has amazing cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. The apartment was easy to access and well maintained.

Amenities could be increased like shampoo/ hand soap (missing in one bathroom). Also a microwave would have been nice with our little one but one could manage without it as well.

Lovely modern apartment in great location and with killer views from the terrace.

This is a great apartment just around the corner from the Acropolis Museum, and an easy walk to the Acropolis south gate - where the queue is much easier than the more popular west gate. It has it's own balcony as well as the roof top terrace with great views. The bathroom is very spacious, uncommon in Greece. Sitting area with huge TV, good wifi, fridge and washing machine. LOTS of eating places nearby and close to the metro. Easy to access with owner providing very clear instructions to get into the building and collect keys.

The reception staff were so helpful, nothing was too hard for them. They went out of their way to assist us with every request. Every day, they had a smile for us and continued to be as helpful every day that we stayed at the hotel.

Very narrow stairs up to bedroom made it challenging to get luggage upstairs. No hair conditioner and limited towels, otherwise reasonably equipped.

A modern apartment with everything you need in a very good but quiet area for sightseeing.

The apartment was very well equipped with excellent kitchen utensils plus dishwasher, good fridge, cooker and washing machine. The sofa was comfortable and the 2 televisions huge. The balcony was well furnished and safe for children . The little street outside was very quiet and it was easy to follow the instructions to access the keys. Loads of wardrobe storage too. The roof top view was really good.

Remember to take a lap top to access more than BBC world news on the tv. The stairs up to the top balcony were very tricky with no stair rail and the “garden view” from our second floor apartment was not a garden view as such although the quirky old street and buildings were interesting. We did expect a view of the Acropolis from our apartment but you have to use the stairs up to the top floor to access this.

Great location and amenities. The property manager was very responsive to all inquiries.

The electric power went out twice during a 4 night stay. An alarm goes off when this happens, which kept us up for most of one night. This was not the fault of the property manager as it was beyond their control; but it did impact our stay.

Perfect Location and View

It is in a perfect location in the center of Athens. It is very close to restaurants. There is a metro station 5 minutes walking distance and it is possible to reach everywhere from the metro station. It is also very clean and has all kinds of materials for staying. It is possible to cook your meals and eat them with a view of the Acropolis. There is a market just 2 minutes away.

Perfect location for explorint the historic centre of Athens

Perfect location. Easy accessible, close to everything important, apartment is comfortable, clean with a great view. But be careful: on the photos there is a jacuzzi on the balcony, and I tought I booked the apartment with the jacuzzi, but when I booked I was informed that I booked apartment below the one with the jacuzzi (which was not clear when booking). It was not a deal breaker, but it would be less dissappointing if it was clear before I booked that I’m booking the apartment without jacuzzi :)

The perfect accomodation in Athens for anyone to stay.

The property was in very close proximity to the Acropolis, train stations, restaurants and other attractions around Athens. The room is extremely modern, clean and spacious with everything you need including a washing machine, powder and clothes rack. The view from the roof of the building is one of the best in Athens and perfect to bring up a drink and enjoy the view.

Amazing experience with a few tips

We liked that it was a whole apartment with everything in it. Everything worked perfectly and de beds where very comfortable. The shower was amazing and also the kitchen was beautiful. Overall it was a good experience.

Everything looks better on the pictures. The building was perfect, but everything around the building... was messy and dirty. Also, a little tip maybe it is an idea to put a map with an explanation of the oven, the doorbell, the alarmsystem, all the remotes..
