The quality of customer care I received was unrivalled, in my experience. The attention to detail of every aspect of my stay at Casa Monique, from booking to departure, was excellent. Staff were professional, helpful and extremely considerate and I have no hesitation in offering my recommendation.
This apartment was ideally located for my stay, in the pretty area of Corso Garibaldi. Close to the railway station, parking facilities and other transport options, whilst offering easy access to the major historic sites, shopping areas, cafes and restaurants. Additionally the location offers very easy access to Le Mura.

The apartment is located on a street where you can park your car, something exceptional in Lucca. Nice views from all the windows. It is well located, near the wall with easy access to all. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great for a couple. The second bedroom gives on to the master bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/sitting room giving it a lack of privacy if you are staying with a second couple, but ok if they are your own kids. The best room is certainly the master bedroom. It faces south and has the best day light. The bed is very comfortable, as are the pillows and bed linen were of good quality and well ironed. The sitting room/kitchen has terrible lighting, very off putting. The placement of the sofa is awkward. The apartment was not very clean.
