About this apartment rental
This is a newly renovated spacious 1BR/1BA apartment that sleeps 4. We provide a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. We are located in a perfect downtown location with excellent views of the mountains. You can walk right out your door with just steps to Elk Avenue where all downtown shops and restaurants are located. We are also only 1 block from the bus stop where you can catch the free shuttle up to Mt. Crested Butte. We also provide wireless internet. Business License #006280

Pros: The location. It's close to all the restaurants & shops although I would argue that most of the main town is.The bed. The apartment is very comfortable for two people. The bed in the bedroom was so comfy we are buying the same mattress. Saatva Classic Luxury Firm mattress. The Neighbor(s). The gentleman who works at the barbershop was really lovely. Considerations:Coffee. There is a keurig and french press but no k-cups or kettle. They ended up leaving a few for us but it wasn't enough so we had to track some down. We could use a pot but didn't want to risk making a mess or burning ourselves. Rumors Coffee & bookstore are very closeby which is a major pro. PARKING! There is no designated parking. Parking some days was an issue. I spoke with CB's parking and they said the lots were not 24hr. But when we could find it, town hall had some. They were full most daytimes. They also told us that all legal apartments had to have parking or a requested pass. We were provided with neither. No extra linens. They ended up bringing us one dish towel to go with our other one dish towel but that was it. 4 towels which was fine and no extra bed linens. Don't get sick.Communication was adequate. I felt a bit like I was bugging her but maybe that was just me. Nothing was overly accommodating, but adequate.Overall, my husband and I would stay here again by ourselves and only in the summer where parking is a little less of an issue.
