- 1 large fitted kitchen (hotplates, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
- 1 large room open to the kitchen with 2 living rooms and a dining room.
- 1 TV.
- 1 baby chair available.
- 1 bathroom with large shower and WC.
- In the 120 m2 garden, 1 garden furniture with 8 armchairs and awning, 1 covered barbecue.
Upstairs :
- 1 bedroom with a 2, 90 cm bed overlooking the terrace.
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 baby bed.
- 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed. Possibility of adding a second 90 cm bed.
- 1 bathroom, bathtub.
- 1 separate WC.
- 1 dressing room
The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Vias, close to the market and shops.
Beach 2.5 km away, near the Europark, mini-golf, Cap d'Agde (its port, Ile aux loisirs…), Béziers and the 9 locks, Sète, Pézenas, Hérault gorges…
Possibility of walking or cycling along the Canal du Midi.
Bikes available.
Sheets and towels provided.
Pets not allowed.

We were 8 people including a 2 year old child and had a wonderful inoculation in this big house. The owners are very welcoming and you can see the house is full of life. They had everything ready for the child and the lovely little garden is such a nice place to relax. The location right in the old village centre is also perfect.

Propriétaires charmants et très sympathiques. Maison très spacieuse, propre, agréable à vivre. Extérieurs agréables, très bien aménagée, agréable à vivre rien ne manque tout est fait pour nous être agréable. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur implication afin que l on passe un très bon séjour.
