About this house rental
Very nice holiday home (75 sqm) for 1 - 4 people in Zandt which is very quiet and surrounded by meadows, forest and fields. It also offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
In the 1st On the floor there are two cozy bedrooms (double and twin). In each bedroom there is a toilet with a sink. On the ground floor is the newly renovated living area with kitchen and dishwasher, in the living room the fireplace offers a cozy warmth. A furnished terrace and a small, fully fenced garden are also available for use.
In the vicinity there are beautiful hiking and biking trails, a nature park, and beautiful runs for the dog.
In the village (only approx. 750m) you will find everything you need for a relaxing, beautiful holiday: restaurants, butchers, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, doctors, dentists, hairdressers, and many other shops. The tourist information is also in place.
It is only a few minutes to the wonderful spa town after Bad Kötzting. Here you will find a wonderful wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools and various saunas. In addition, a beautiful spa park and casino.
For cheap shopping, our neighboring country is the Czech Republic, only about 25 km away.
In the vicinity there are many excursion and entertainment options such as fishing, tennis, indoor and outdoor pools, churches, monasteries, museums, rivers and lakes, amusement parks, toboggan runs, many 1000m mountains, glass blowing, romantic cities like Passau, Regensburg or Marienbad and Prague.
Winter fun in the immediate vicinity in St. Englmar or on the Hohen Bogen.
There is something for everyone. You can relax, hike, visit cities, swim and shop cheaply.

Here you can really enjoy yourself with and without dog (s). You are on holiday in a very well-kept holiday home in Zandt with a fenced garden in a great holiday park. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a pull-out comfortable sofa, fireplace, dishwasher and 2 satellite TVs. There is always a contact person on site and you will get all the information you need to experience and do great things.
There are many things to do in the area. A wonderful experience for children too. On request, we also offer dog training with a professional trainer so that your four-legged friend can also have a great holiday.
Healthy climate, with clean air allow you a pleasant rest. Nearby there are swimming lakes, bike paths, ski areas, hiking trails, climbing parks, casinos, many shops, etc.
