The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A hip bath/WC is also located on this level. The upper floor is accessible via an exterior staircase and includes a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner, and satellite TV (flat screen) with air conditioning. This level also offers access to a balcony. There is one room with a french bed, another living/dining room with a sofa bed and satellite TV (flat screen) with air conditioning, and a separate balcony exit. The final room on this floor has a french bed. An open kitchen with four hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine is present, along with a shower/WC and a hip bath/WC.
