Love the property, the staff were respectful, friendly and helpful. Location was great and closer to everything. My favorite part was the room upstairs with the view of the mountains from my bed.
The TV didn’t work.

Muy buen ambiente y decoracion. El desayuno era espectacular y muy variado. hecho todo a mano. Muy buen cafe de la zona. Siempre dispuestos a colaborar con cualquier inquitud durante el alojamiento.
Aunque el agua no es competencia directa, si afectó un corte en toda la ciudad local durante la estadia. Talvez mejorar en ese sentido con algún reservorio de ser posible. La doble puerta de seguridad es buena pero a veces un poco dificil de abrir.

La ubicación, a pocas cuadras del parque central de Cotacachi, caminamos a todo lado sin problema. La amabilidad del personal realmente hizo que nos sintieramos super cómodos El desayuno fue espectacular!
No hubo nada que no me haya gustado Volveria mil veces ;)
