Located at 1,000 m above sea level, under the needles of Chabrières, our chalet with a total area of 160 m² is 5 km from the amenities and numerous activities in the village of Chorges, and only 10 minutes from the beaches of Lac de Serre-Poncon.
Completely renovated in 2019, you will enjoy the different atmospheres of its vast garden of 9,000 m2 without any opposite and bordered by 2 streams, but also the very beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. The numerous paths which start directly from the property will also encourage you to hike on foot or by mountain bike.

Our chalet can easily accommodate 2 families with children or 8 people.
True haven of peace, you will benefit from all the comfort to spend a very pleasant holiday.


The living room and the kitchen: this beautiful living room of 40 m² allows you to enjoy the view thanks to its large bay windows and its access to a very large terrace of 50 m², but also to cook in an open, practical and user-friendly. It has a seating area and a dining table that can comfortably seat 8 guests.


There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs.
- Bedroom 1 of 10 m² with a 140 cm double bed and large fitted wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 of 9.5 m² with a 160 cm pull-out bed or 2 separate 80 cm beds and a fitted cupboard
- Bedroom 3 upstairs: this beautiful attic room of 22 m² is equipped with a wardrobe, cupboards and a large flat screen
- Bedroom 4 upstairs: this other large attic room of 22 m² has plenty of storage space and wardrobes as well as a large flat screen.

Bathrooms / shower and wc: 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, each fitted with 2 sinks and cupboards, as well as 2 separate WCs are located on the main level.

A mezzanine with an office area constitutes an additional warm space.

You have outside access to a large storage room and its laundry room (practical for storing mountain or bathing things).

A table tennis table, deckchairs, hammocks, a table and garden chairs and a plancha are available in the garden.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a table and a very large parasol.

Leisure and amenities:
The town of Chorges is very lively in summer and you will find a large supermarket, a pharmacy, medical offices, hair salons, shops selling local products and local shops.
Lake Serre-Ponçon and its beaches are just 10 minutes from the house. There are many spaces for water sports and swimming (Baie de Chanteloube, Baie Saint Michel, Bois Vieux ...). You can rent light boats such as pedal boats, canoes, paddle ... but also go sailing or water skiing, wake boarding, kite surfing ... or just swim and enjoy the generous sun of the High mountains.
And then, the surrounding alpine massifs such as Devoluy, Parc des Ecrins or Queyras for example, will invite you to magnificent hikes.

For a rental of 3 consecutive weeks, we invite you for 1 full day with free meal / picnic.

The linen (sleeping and toilet) is provided at no extra charge.
We can also provide you with baby equipment (high chair and bed).
Vehicles can be parked very easily and several parking spaces are available.
The cleaning must be carried out by you. A deposit of 200 euros may be retained in the event of too partial or unrealized cleaning.
