まず、ロケーションがすばらしい。豊水すすきの駅の1番出口から6分ほど。狸小路アーケード商店街の東の端からわずか徒歩3分。そして、普通のマンションの一室なので、とても静かで熟睡できる。室内には、テレビ・大型冷蔵庫の他、電子レンジ・オーブントースター・洗濯機（液体洗剤も）・電磁調理器・フライパン・鍋・炊飯器・電気温水ポット・食器類があり、自炊も可能です。室内に洗濯物を干すところもあります。いつでも洗濯できて大変ありがたいです。近くに、ファミマとセブンイレブンのコンビニがあります。また、狸小路にはセイコーマートもあります。
トイレがウォシュレットじゃなかったのが唯一の欠点。あと、テーブルに電気スタンドがあるとさらによいです。あと、電気の延長コードがあるとなおのことよいです。

可愛らしいインテリアで清潔感があり、扇風機、服をかけるラック、洗濯機、洗濯用の洗剤まで揃っており、エアコンも付いていたこと。それとベッドもふかふかでよく眠れました。
とても清潔感のあるお部屋なのですが、この写真からでは伝わりにくいのが勿体無い点かと思いますが、それ以外何も気になる点がありません。

The place was easy to find, right in the middle of Sapporo, and very quiet. Ken, the host, is very helpful. I was a bit worried about not finding it, but it's very well described in the email including pictures. It was clean and offered a nice kitchen facility. The bathroom could be a bit bigger.

Sparkling clean.
Good location. The location was 1 minute away from the fish market.
The studio is spacious and well equipped.
The host is very responsive, and the self checkin went smoothly.
I am glad we chose this place.
We don't know why it has such a low rating, but it is definitely worth a 10.
The only remark would be that the walls don't have the same bright pink colors from the photos. It is a pink on the dark side. But who cares. You have a good location, a low price and a clean place.
