Large villa on 4 levels with large garden with barbecue and sea view.

The Villa is large, clean & modern & the host very welcoming & helpful, despite us having an issue with our car rental which meant we arrived a day later than planned. The accommodation is well appointed, with highly efficient air con in every room. Towels & bed linen were provided, inc some fluffy throws in case the nights got chilly. Bedrooms are spacious with loads of wardrobe space & coat hangers. There was a large & varied selection of pillows to suit every taste & the mattresses were comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bidets & decent showers. Toilet roll was provided & there was also a hairdryer which was a welcome surprise. The living/kitchen area is well equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave & coffee maker & the host was kind enough to leave us some coffee pods. There’s no conventional oven, but there is a pizza oven outside. The outside areas are also well kept & there are 3 terraces (both sunny & shaded) inc a fab roof terrace overlooking the bay, perfect for viewing the amazing sunsets over Santa Maria Al Bagno. There’s also a front patio with a large table & chairs at which to have breakfast in the morning & a handy outside shower to rinse off after returning from the beach. It also features a pizza oven & a BBQ. There was plenty of parking directly outside the property which itself is secured behind full size, locked gates & feels very safe. Situated in a quiet, well kept residential area. Highly recommend!
