The heart of the home is the living space, seamlessly blending an open island kitchen, formal dining space and living room with two sets of glass sliders leading to a screened lanai, where you can enjoy the sunrise and lake views. The master suite features dual sinks with quartz vanity tops, commode closet, large tiled shower and spacious walk-in closet. The guest bedroom and guest full bath are set apart from master suite for privacy. The den is a great space for an office or just enjoying a good book or movie. The condo is fully furnished. This residence has a private stairwell and 1-car garage.

Arborwood Preserve surpassed every expectation we had for our "snowbird experience". The condo was stunning in every detail, immaculate and appointed beautifully. The location serene and convenient. We could not have asked for anything more perfect.

Beautiful condo, convenient location, great amenities until the virus forced closure of pool and gym. We wound up leaving 8 days earlier to get home to NH !
