Helped to enhance a thoroughly enjoyable weekend
Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. Room was superb and breakfast good. Family who run the business are a delight, would definitely recommend
Wifi not great in parts of the castle however this is not necessarily a downside if you value conversation

The character, age and warm welcome, not to mention very comfortable beds.
We all loved the property… like anything with age, you have to expect some quirky aspects. We loved them all.

Outstanding in every way
The location is stunning and the building itself if spectacular. It really is like stepping back in time staying here. We had a very late arrival for a wedding at another venue close by and the lady who runs it couldn't have been more helpful. She told us to focus on getting ready and enjoying our day and to worry about settling the bill on checkout the following day. Breakfast was amazing, the room was stunning. There aren't enough good things to say about this venue and the family who runs it.

Amazing place for a stay
Absolutely loved the place, friendly from the moment you walk in the door, the food was absolutely amazing, my partner said the steak was one of the best he’s ever had, room was lovely we stayed in room 14 bed comfy, would definitely return
