This 14th floor unit features 1 queen-sized bed and 1 sofa bed which can accommodate maximum of 3 people. It was a good place for three of us to stay during our time in Hawaii. It was clean and it was quiet. The location was great: we had a wonderful view of the marina, we were in walking distance to the beach and to the bus stop, and there were a few places to eat and shop at the Ilikai if we didn't want to venture out. At peak times, the elevator traffic would require a wait, but nothing that was inconvenient. The A/C unit, fridge, coffee maker et. al. worked well and did not pose an issue throughout our visit. The balcony was clean, and we enjoyed sitting out there from time to time. The bed and the futon were comfortable. Water seemed to leak from the kitchen sink around the counter but wasn't too bothersome. Overall, a great place to stay.

Air conditioning was broken. Extremely humid and uncomfortable with out it. Fan attempted to start but compressor was not functioning.
