About this house rental
Sandpiper Point is an adorable townhouse located on the bayside. It is located on a crosswalk just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and 0.5 miles to Northside Park. It is only one block to the Original Greene Turtle and many grocery and convenience stores. This three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse has a furnished deck and private backyard. This is the perfect home to call your own!
Fabulous coastal decor will make you feel like a true beach bum. The living room is furnished with a matching couches (including queen-sized sleeper sofa) and 65" flat screen SmartTV. Off the living room includes a dining area that comfortably seats 6-8 for a family dinner. Updated kitchen includes all the appliances/cookware you'd need for a family meal, and a wine cooler for a nice evening on the furnished back deck. There is a convenient half bath on the first floor.
Second floor is home to all the bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, and a private master bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are home to two full size beds and an additional queen sized bed. One additional full bath is located on the second floor. The property comfortable sleeps a family of 8 to 9!
