An excellent boutique hotel—very charming, with a beautiful garden. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very kind and attentive. I recommend visiting the Jewish museum inside the hotel—a little gem that offers insight into the history of Bukhara and beyond.
The building is a bit old and could use some repairs (such as door handles, the bathroom, the floors, etc.).

I liked the athmosphere and beauty of the courts; the idea of this place: to preserve the houses and to combine it in form of musum with the rich heritage this place has got. Mr. Muradov's Mother did well in advising him not to tear down the wonderful ensemble. Everything was conveniant. Despite of that, we caught a stomach disease, but were allowed to stay in the room til 2pm even if the place was sold out. Breakfast was good as well; especially the omlettes were outstanding.
There was on some nights playing loud music from a place outside the hotel til midnight. I had a bit a peculiar start with Manager Sher (the Bucharan George Clooney). He asked me if I was Sefardic or Ashenaski, and when I asked back, he said, we're all Muslims here, - al Hamdulila. But later he prooved great wisdom and knowledge about the history of the former jewish inhabitants, and was very welcoming in many ways. Mr. Muradov is friend with the former owner.

Расположение, аутентично.
Не очень дружелюбно. Шумно.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being only a stones throw from the beautiful Lyabi House and lake. I liked the fact that the merchant’s house which houses the hotel has been preserved.
Compared to other hotels we stayed at the facilities were below what we expected. No tea/coffee in the room, no soap in the bathroom. The room was rather dark and claustrophobic.
