Proximity to lift
Information on how to get to unit 29 could be clearer. Did not know you had to go down the stairs to reach unit and looked around for awhile before realizing where we needed to go

Geräumiges 3 Zimmer Appartment. Gute Betten und saubere Bettwäsche. Sehr ruhig oberhalb von Whistler gelegen. Mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar.
Bei Ankunft defekter Sessel mit abgebrochenem Fuß. Bei Belegung ab 4 Personen sehr gering bemessener Sitzbereich (1 Couch und ein Sessel). Sauberkeit der Waschmaschine und Trockner stark Verbesserungswürdig. Nach dem Einzug werden Emails mit Beanstandungen oder Fragen einfach ignoriert. 2 Mails zum defekten Sessel und eine Anfrage zum Check in wurden nie beantwortet. Anrufen schafft dann aber Abhilfe zum bestehenden Problem.
