Renovated apartment located in the area of Politur closest to the beach, specifically 5 minutes from Cala Rovira and 10 minutes walking from the center of Platja d'Aro.
It consists of 2 rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed, so it can accommodate 5 people.
It has a bathroom with shower and a kitchen open to the living room.
From the living room you can access a large terrace where you can make life, a quiet terrace that overlooks a pine forest where silence reigns.
It has air conditioning in the living room.
If you want to go to the pool you can access the pool of the El Caracol Restaurant, a few meters from the apartment.

Buena localizacion. Zona tranquila pero cerca de la playa. Se puede usar de forma gratuita la piscina del restaurante cargol. No hay parking pero entre semana se aparca bien en la calle. Los fines de semana cuesta un poco más pero no muy alejado. Falta menaje y utensilios de limpieza. Faltaba alguna bombilla en las lámparas.

Appartement bien situé avec climatisation récente et terrasse agréable au calme.Bon accueil de l’agence. Manque des équipements pour la cuisine (assiettes) et éventuellement un aspirateur pour être plus fonctionnel. Merci.
