Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy wejściu na szlak, do sklepu chwilę spacerem, autobusem/taksówką z dworca równiez komfortowy dojazd. Stosunek jakości do ceny myślę że świetny. Okolica cicha. Dom, korytarz oraz pokoje bardzo czyste.
Na pewno na wymianę zasługuje już łóżko w pokoju na poddaszu lub sam marterac z uwagi na to że strasznie skrzypi i jak ktoś się w nocy wierci to nawet można się wybudzić, oraz przydałby się w łazience dodakowy stojak aby mozna było tam połozyć rzeczy np bieliznę (trzeba było połozyć albo na zlewie albo na klapie ubikacji.
