Proximity to Rock, Polzeath and St Minver.
Smaller than thought and location next to farmers field with bird scarer going off for first part of the week wasn’t great. Coral at Cornwall Hideaways did manage to get it stopped by Tuesday evening which we did appreciate.

location, garden, fire, parking, bathroom.
only one bathroom, dishwasher too small and did not work on all settings but one. also crow scarer in next door field would be a major problem for nervous dogs and some people. it was very loud and every 10 minutes during daylight hours.

We liked proximity to local amenities.
Dining area too small. One bathroom and toilet for 6 people was a challenge.
Difficulty in exiting the driveway on a blind bend.

Location great. Big bedrooms and comfy lounge.
Oven needs replacing. Bottom oven not working - top oven poor.....took for ever!
Only one toilet- need two.
Dining area only big enough for 4..
