Patrizia and her family are absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms are large, have air-conditioning and the beds are comfortable. There's also a fridge. There's a continental breakfast in the morning with some freshly baked goodies. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
It would be good if there was wifi and also maybe consider a kettle (although there may be very good reasons one isn't provided) - they aren't deal-breakers though.
