Great location. Very nicely decorated property and fully equipped kitchen. *ADEQUATELY* clean; not immaculate and could use attention in many areas. Comfortable beds. Fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven and washer very nice. To know; Be sure to read the guest information binder. Controls for towel warmer and floor tile heater and clothes drying rack. located in first floor cupboard. The layout is; entry, one bathroom and two bedrooms on 1st floor and 2nd full bath, living area, kitchen, on 2nd floor. If you are mobility impaired the very steep stairs between floors as well as the very high step-in shower over tub in first floor bathroom could be a problem. I’m not disabled but with arthritic knees found these challenging. Provided; Bedding, towels, dish washing liquid and dishwasher soap. Sugar, tea, coffee and sugar sachets. There is a coffee maker but coffee pods not provided. No bathroom toiletries provided; bring your own shampoo, soap and lotion as well as extra toilet paper. It might be nice to provide at least travel size toiletries for first night.

Only adequately clean; could use a refresh especially bathroom tiles. Shower in second floor does not drain properly and tends to back up. For a six night stay only 2 rolls toilet paper provided. We of course purchased extra. No bin liners in 1st floor bathroom. You are asked to strip the beds at end of stay and place bedding along with towels in “provided bin bags”. Could not find any bin bags and found it curious that guests were instructed to do this in what we expected to be a nicer property. Also directed to place trash and recycling in bin bags and take to community bins. We are quite clean and tidy and would have done this in any case but there were no extra bin bags. No aluminum foil, cling wrap.

Really very well equiped and a very convenient location, adjacent to the Dart Marina Hotel and river and just a short walkfrom the town centre shops.
