good, quiet location. lovely presented cottage. easy access to Belper. friendly neighbours.
We have a dog, the advertised outside space was only two seats and a table wasn’t enough, but nice to sit of an evening.
the roof light in the bedroom needs a covering as it gets light around 4 am this time of year and floods the room with light.

Really cosy, old property, recently refurbished with old fire places. Nice touches, eg soft clean smelling towels, tissues in every room. Great shower, modern washing machine.
First bedroom radiator did not work, so was really cold at night. Maybe needs bleeding, as the rest of the rads were fine. Iron did not work either.
