Unterkunft war sauber, Betten frisch bezogen, Handtücher waren da. Nicht muffig.
Aussenterasse am Wohnzimmer muss dringend gemacht werden. Diese war als einziges im schlechten Zustand.

Die Wohnung war super, sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten mit den zwei Balkonen ein Highlight. Sehr zentral und fußläufig alles innerhalb ein paar Minuten erreichbar
Die sauberkeit im Badezimmer ( Haare vom Vorgänger) lässt zu wünschen

Nahe Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc., Wohnung ist groß, Badezimmer waren sauber, grosser Garten (leider nicht komplett eingezäunt/ausbruchsicher)
Ausstattung veraltet, beide Terrassen sehr marode, Terrassenmöbel ebenso, Verletzungsgefahr, Garten für Hund und kleine Kinder nicht ausbruchsicher, diverse Rollos defekt, Haus liegt an stark befahrener Straße
