Property was spacious, beds were comfortable, views were amazing. Location was great.

Property felt tired in many areas. Especially the outside space where we were greeted by a dead bunch of flowers on the table and cobwebs/dirt around the seating area. The light bulb above the table blew when we switched it on leaving glass everywhere. While this is not the hosts fault and we cleaned up the glass we were told the property manager would come and have a look. They may well have done but didn’t change the light bulb. It was a good stay, but small attention to detail could have made it so much better.

The spa and the view are definitely the highlights of the place. I also liked that it’s close to the Queenstown centre, but far enough away to feel peaceful. 😊

The mattresses are a bit soft but it’s a personal preference. 🙈

House was quite outdated & does need some attention.... especially for the price we paid per night & pictures? House cleaning lacked considerably in most of the house & unhygienic especially with Covid etc? Our beds were not made as you would expect.... shortage on soap & toilet paper for our stay 7 days Lack of detail everywhere unfortunately. Pantry & bench table tops needed a clean & wipe down? Spa hadnt been cleaned from guests before us which we had to do before we could use. Clothes from guests were still outside wet on the patio. Spa deck area also had a stench smell of maybe urine around it which we dealt with ourselves & hosed down with some detergents. The view would of been picture perfect if we could see thru all the finger marks & dirty window? Definitely needed a vacuum as whole house had carpet that just attracts dirt & fluff. Needed a child safety gate for top of stairs especially when you offer to cater for families? Attention to detail with cleanliness was a 1/10 We were on some needed time away & cleaning the accommodation wasn't on our list. We couldn't be bothered with emails etc as it took to long to get reply etc so we just cleaned our living area for our family to enjoy next 7 days Who ever manages this house Definitely needs to make sure & check on their cleaners are cleaning & doing things at a high standard for the price you pay. We have managed & cleaned holiday homes & have a cleaning business ourselves. Simple cleaning basics & standards for people accommodation when on holiday is a MUST to overall enjoyment not just activities. We were going to take pictures of all of the above but we just wanted to get on with our time away..... so we just cleaned it ourselves not impressed. Please please make an effort especially when you receive over $2400 & get charged to have towels sheets & cleaning service.
