Modern confortable room for 1 Person only in a shared flat close to beach

I had such a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring throughout my visit. A day before my check-in, he sent me messages which I unfortunately didn’t see in time, so he even called to make sure he knew my arrival time and could arrange for the keys before leaving for work. I really appreciated that level of thoughtfulness. He was also very accommodating during my stay. On my departure day, he kindly allowed me to stay until late afternoon since my flight was in the evening, which made things so much easier for me. The host is warm, respectful, and easy to talk to. He knows how to make guests feel comfortable while also respecting their space. At one point, after I asked where I could get good fish, he even offered to prepare salmon for me 😅 He also got me fruits and was just generally so attentive and generous. Honestly, I could go on and on 😅 The location is excellent as well, just a few steps from the beach, which made the stay even more perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The landlord is very friendly and easy to get along with. But it will be better to describe the size of the room in the ad.
