Being in the middle of town and able to walk to many different shops and restaurants.
Sirens every day and the squeaky floor boards on the third floor.

The property was nicely decorated. The bed and couch were comfortable. The location was great. There were an abundance of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
The room is not adequately cooled for the hot summer months. We had to ask the host to come look at the wall-mounted a/c unit because it was very hot (76 degrees) in the space. We had to leave the ceiling fan on high at all times and we slept with no cover for the first two nights. We also had to go buy a box fan that stayed pointed at the bed during the entire stay. The host offered to put an a/c unit in the window and it was mildly pleasant after that. But it never really was cool in the space. I believe it doesn't have adequate insulation for being a third floor space in an old building. Also, there was no coffee for the coffee pot.
