This Innerarity Point two-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse has everything you need for your next family get-away. There are 2 kayaks provided for your use during stay. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and modern appliances. It overlooks Perdido Bay and is located on Innerarity Point in Pensacola, FL. There is dedicated covered parking for two cars. The townhouse has new flooring in the living area and bedrooms!
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. LAYOUT OF TOWNHOUSE: Combo living, kitchen and dining room on the main level with access to a large balcony. On the second level you will find the master bedroom with private bathroom which also has access to a second large balcony. The second bedroom is located on this level along with another full bathroom. There is a TV in each bedroom.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 7)
• Master Bedroom - King Size Bed (Sleeps 2)
• Guest Bedroom - Bunk beds with full mattress on bottom and twin mattress on top (Sleeps 3)

Two balconies each with furniture overlook Perdido Bay. This townhouse is steps away from the communal swimming pool and fitness center. It is a short walk to the sandy beach where you can launch the two kayaks that are available for you to enjoy during your stay.

The condo’s are wonderful the only thing we had issue with was the microwave didn’t work. My boys really enjoyed being able to go to the bay and fish.

Everything was good about the stay. I would recommend more blankets perhaps. The neighborhood is kid friendly but the neighbor we had not so much. Trying to keep a toddler quiet as well as children under 10 is kinda difficult which is why we did our best to stay outdoors. I do appreciate the patience that was received tremendously.

The thermostat was locked at 72, we sweated every single day and night. The dishwasher broke on day 3, someone did not come until two days later. There were not enough towels, laundry had to be done EVERY single night! You really couldn't park in the carport because it was very tight! Check in was not until 4, I asked the night before if we could check in any earlier. I was told if we could an new code would be sent to me, we arrived at 3 and there was no one there! My code would not work until 4 o'clock on the dot! I paid for that day and I can't check in until 4, when the cleaning was done way prior to this. Bed in the second bedroom was smaller than in the pictures. It was also soaking wet, did not notice until we went to go get in the bed. Had to strip the sheets and figure out other bedding for the night. For the amount of fees we pay, especially cleaning fee, I should not have to be cleaning on my vacation everyday. I will not be booking again..
