It is a fabulous apartment. Well appointed, clean, spacious. Great location and proximity to the beach and main strip. Big pool with BBQ facilities.
The apartment complex’s body corporate are very strict - be quiet in walkways, no noise or splashing in the pool…there’s even a note to say keep your car quiet in the garage so as to keep the noise down. Whilst I appreciate that people live here, it just meant that I was constantly on edge with the kids; particularly in the pool, and the lovely family vibe was just not there. We went offsite for a BBQ because I was worried the kids would make too much noise. It’s fab if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, but with 2 kids who want to have fun in the pool, it was a little disappointing.
